In Boldly IT Phase 1, we will start with:
- Developing a near and midterm roadmap for an enterprise support model that includes training, consultative support and custom agent development.
- Prioritizing administrative use cases.
- Offering GenAI 101+ training for IT Professionals across campus and end users.
- Launching a Business Process Improvement Community of Practice to promote the use of available tools and methodologies (including AI) to share insights and drive process improvements.
