A Technology Leadership Table serves as the operational leadership and management body aligned to a specific portfolio and governance subcommitee. It brings together technology leaders across campus who are responsible for core (campuswide) and common (multi-college or unit) technology services to coordinate execution, provide operational insight and ensure alignment with governance direction.
For example, the Teaching and Learning Technology Leadership Table aligns to and supports the Technology Governance – Teaching and Learning Subcommittee.
Teaching and Learning Technology Leadership Table
The Teaching and Learning Technology Leadership supports shared governance by:
- Providing visibility into Teaching and Learning–focused technology services, including service status, performance trends, active initiatives and risks.
- Responding to Subcommittee decisions and directives through coordinated implementation planning and oversight.
- Identifying and escalating strategic questions and emerging issues to help shape Subcommittee direction for Teaching and Learning technologies.
- Ensuring coordinated communication between service providers and governance bodies.
The Teaching and Learning Leadership promotes accountability for execution of Subcommittee decisions and serves as the operational bridge between governance direction and coordinated service delivery.
